		<description>How interesting to learn the background for this word that I often use without thought of its origins. I&#039;ve had a number of stresses that keep me awake nights, and when I can&#039;t sleep I sit up with my laptop or a book until my eyes are tired and scratchy. That starts me rubbing them and I end up with that &#039;raccoon&#039; look... circles under my eyes that exaggerate how tired and stressed I am. Then I really do look haggard. It&#039;s a vicious circle! :)</description>
