Christmas 2015
We’ve enjoyed — perhaps the better word is endured — some unusual Christmases in the past. The most memorable was the year my husband fell off the roof on December 23 and broke 11 ribs, his back and his forearm. Add internal injuries and you know we spent the Christmas holidays in the intensive care…
LEFT
Wild Word Friday! Last week we talked about the word right. In my family, on my dad’s side, every other person is a LEFTy. Therefore, I can’t get by without giving the word, LEFT, equal billing! And in a family where half the people are LEFT-handed, you learn to accommodate. Especially at the…

Glad you like it, Trish. Yes, all the MySky photos are Neil’s. He catches some amazing sunsets, most just outside our front door. The birds we see most often are seagulls, American bald eagles (they have white heads), Canadian geese, sandhill cranes, little chickadees, and large Canadian blue jays. We also have quite a variety of wood peckers. How about you, Trish? What birds do you see in most often in your part of Australia?
Wow! Thats just awesome sight. Did Neil take that? Isn’t mother nature wonderful all the beautiful clours we see around us. What type of birds live around you?
