About Singing

This is my favorite time of year to sing in the church choir, because we are practicing Christmas music, and I love Christmas music – the old, the new, and anything in between.

When I was six years old, I began to sing in public, and I’ve loved singing ever since. Probably because people were kind and sat there and listened to me. As I age, my voice is changing. I can’t quite hit those exceedingly high notes, but in exchange I’m able to hit the low notes that were out of my range. Nice trade-off!

TellĀ us about you. Do you sing? Have you ever sung in a chorus or a choir?

Blessings!

Sue

  1. I really do love participating in choir, Trish. We’re a small church so joy in singing is more important than talent. (That’s good for me!)

  2. Sue I do envy you being in choir singing all the beautiful Xmas music such a special time of the year and my favourite. My Mum had beautiful voice and could hit the high notes my son Gav isn’t bad either. Being deaf dosen’t help plus I dont always hear the words.
