Q4U: If you knew you would be isolated from your family and the outside world for one month and you had enough food and water and were warm and safe, what one (non-electronic) thing would you take with you?
(Photo from Wikipedia.)
Absolutely, Nancy!!
A great way to spend isolated is curled up next to the heat source with a stack of good books to read and a good cup of coffee.
Right, Sue! Reading at night is one of my favorite things, too!
Books and a candle!
I would bring book & pencil and paper to write my thought’s each day!
I would bring my Bible. For every question I would have God would have the answer. It funny that all our basic necessities would be provided for…..isn’t the Bible a basic necessity too???!!!!
My Bible. I cannot live without it
Assuming there are writing tools available, I would bring a diary, so that I could record my thoughts during the experience. And then, later, tell those thoughts to Kerrian. 😉
It would have to be books, but can’t decide which ones. I am a very eclectic reader, so….could be anything. I guess one with a message of positive thinking and overriding adversity would be good because there would be no communication with my family and friends!
Paper, and if I’m allowed to sneak an item in my pocket, a pencil. What an incredible opportunity to write!
