Sibano’s Singing Silvia

(Both of these photographs are of the same cat. The first was taken when Silvia was a kitten, the second now that she is an adult.)

Sibano’s Singing Silvia earned her name because she has a very big and loud meow and isn’t at all shy about using it! Silvia’s owner, Courtney, is severely allergic to cats, but  research led her to Siberian Cats. Courtney discovered that she has no reaction to this particular breed, and Silvia became a member of their family. Courtney says that Silvia has dog-like loyalty and travels with them everywhere they go. As you might notice in these striking photographs, Silvia loves to hang out in the bathroom. Her favorite game is to chase after thrown bits of kitty kibble down the hall, on the slippery kitchen floor, or into the shower.
