November 2023 FREE BOOKS

I love children’s books, and picture books are a double joy–the words and the artwork!

This month we are giving away two picture books to one lucky winner. Maybe you would love to have these for yourself, or perhaps you have a special child you would love to gift with a book–Christmas, Hanukkah, or for a special holiday birthday!

Book 1–WHO AM I? was written by Julie Buchholtz, a proud member of the Bay Mills Tribe of Chippewa Indians. This is Julie’s first children’s book, and it is making a big splash all across North America. I think you will love this story about “brown-skinned girl” and her “big brown mama”.

Book 2–GOD GAVE US CHRISTMAS by Lisa Tawn Bergren is a sweet fable written for the Christian market. Mama bear answers her cub’s questions–Who invented Christmas? and Is Jesus more important than Santa?–and many more.

The illustrations in both books are breath-taking.

To have your name included in our Wednesday, November 29 drawing just answer this question. Do you often give the children in your life books?

Happy Reading!

Sue

  1. Tabitha, I’ve ordered the books I’m giving for Christmas and my granddaughter’s December birthday. I remember how much I loved receiving books when I was a child. I was in heaven when my parents enrolled me in a mail order book club of classic children’s books.

Paula, I love the idea of “an any day surprise”!!!!
