  1. Hi Sue,
I’m still making my way through the Bible again, now in the Psalms. I’m also reading two other books of daily readings, one is the devotional My Utmost for His Highest – selections for every day – Oswald Chambers, the other is Moments of Peace in the Presence of God – reflections on God’s Gift of Love, Hope and Happiness.
I’m really not reading as much as I would like to this month because of participating in NaNoWriMo and also PiBoIdMo, but, I have some wonderful books to get lost in when I can get back at it. 🙂

  2. How is the NaNoWriMo going for you? Writing a book in a month seems like an impossible task! I’ve not heard of PiBoIdMo. What does that stand for?

I love the devotional, My Utmost for His Highest. I read it again and again. My devotional now is a Fisherman Study, “Who is The Holy Spirit?” I’m learning a lot!

  3. Hi, i’m writing from Mexico, i sent you an email, please, please read it, i will thank you a lot.

  4. Hello Itzel, Yes I read your email. I don’t think I have any more copies in Spanish, but I’ll look through my archives to be sure. Thank you for writing. God bless you, Sue

  5. Hi Sue,

I’m sorry I missed your reply till now. I was very busy in November – may I use that as my excuse? 🙂

    In answer to your questions:
For NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), writing 50K words in 30 days was quite a challenge, but I did it! It was my first attempt and I was a little concerned near the end that I wasn’t going to make it. Even though I wrote the required number of words (plus 265 more) my story isn’t completed, so I will have to work on that more later. I left off with three conflicts to be resolved.

PiBoIdMo stands for Picture Book Ideas Month. For the month of November participants write an idea a day – could be a title, or a story theme, or the name of a character or whatever would work in a picture book. I finished with 44 ideas.

The next thing is to finish my ‘novel’, and pull together one or two picture books. 🙂

  6. BUSY! That’s an understatement, Lynn. I don’t know how you managed to write 50,000 words in 30 days! Yikes! Thank you for your explanations of NaNoWriMo and PiBoIdMo. Up until a couple of months ago, I’d never heard of either. Amazing how much more connected everyone is now that we have the various social medias.
