The Memory Jar (Seven Brides for Seven Bachelors, #1)

  1. I am working on a scrapbook right now that includes old photographs and documents (birth, marriage, and death certificates) of our distant relatives. I am also including pictures of the headstones and the location of the cemeteries where they are buried. There are so many black and white photos that need to be explained since our parents didn’t label them. Quite an ongoing project!

  2. I did scrapbooks when my older kids were younger, but now that we have six children I depend on digital photos for my memories. I try to tag the pictures or even add a note to them before I save them on an external hard drive.

  3. Oh my goodness, 6! I wouldn’t even be able to get the meals on the table, Tonya, let alone tend to photos. You’re my hero!! (And digital is very wise!)

  4. Oh Jane, That’s so great. Your great-great-great grandchildren will definitely rise up and call you blessed! You’re such a good mom and daughter!

  5. Nancy, as you know, stories are my favorite way to preserve our history, and the traditions of Alaska’s people – all races – have made that tradition an artform. You’re incredible!
